From the Lesley & Rhyan Prather Foundation:

If you have followed our story you know that it was a tragic car wreck that took Lesley & Rhyan from us, as well as Kacey McCaw and Carrie Urton McCaw. Four beautiful spirits were taken from us that day but it brought a community and our families together. This foundation is named after Lesley & Rhyan but the goal is to honor not just Lesley & Rhyan, but to honor Carrie & Kacey & all of those that we have lost far too soon. This is a FAMILY FOUNDATION & if you are following along you are part of that family.

It's with great sadness that we share that the FAMILY has suffered another tragic and unexpected loss. John Urton, Carrie's younger brother, has passed at the age of 44 (same as Carrie), leaving behind four children. John did not have life insurance and this burden that the Urton family now faces after losing Carrie, Kacey, David (grandpa) & now John in less than five years is one we truly feel like we need to help with.

We know from helping over 480 families & from our own personal loss, that it's the community support that can motivate you to know that you're not in this alone! If you can donate, please do so to support the Urton family. If you can't donate, please pray and/or send positive vibes to the family.
Funds from this page will go towards covering funeral and burial cost related to John's passing. Our foundation will be working directly with the family and friends to determine if there are additional funds after expenses, how we can allocate the remaining funds for the four surviving children. The foundation will also be providing other resources directly to the family that will not come from this crowdfunding page.

Note:

The Lesley & Rhyan Prather Foundation is a federally approved non profit organization (EIN: 85-2888525) and all donations are considered tax deductible. LRPFD does not take a percentage of any donation, all proceeds raised goes directly to the family. This is a crowdfunding effort and is to be considered non taxable income to the family. If your company offers a donation match program, you can submit your donation to your work and those funds will be allocated to the family as well. The foundation will also be making a donation directly to the family and will provide support/resources as needed.
