"We are devasted at the loss of our amazing son, Jake. Words cannot capture what he meant his family and friends. He was a light in this world, a light that was extinguished too soon.
We are grateful to our family, friends, and the community for the love and support we have received.
We ask for continued prayers for his loved ones, especially his grandmother as she recovers, and privacy as Jake’s family and friends deal with this sudden, tragic loss. We’ll miss his smile forever.”

It was a car wreck that took our girls from us so we know what the Luxemburger family is going through. Getting the call that someone you love has been in a serious car crash is a moment we all pray never comes, but if/when it does, knowing that you have a community of support behind you truly helps these families in their time of need. We know from helping over 300 families & from our own personal loss, that it's the community support that can motivate you to know that you're not in this fight alone! If you can donate, please do so to support this family. If you can't donate, please pray and/or send positive vibes to the family. Funds from this page will go to cover burial, medical and any other cost the family incurrs.

The Lesley & Rhyan Prather Foundation is a federally approved non profit organization (EIN: 85-2888525) and all donations are considered tax deductible. LRPFD does not take a percentage of any donation, all proceeds raised goes directly to the family. This is a crowdfunding effort and is to be considered non taxable income to the family. If your company offers a donation match program, you can submit your donation to your work and those funds will be allocated to the family as well. The foundation will also be making a donation directly to the family and will provide support/resources as needed.
