Krueger Family Needs Your Support

On Friday night, August 25th, the Krueger family were faced with a tragedy that no one should ever have to experience. The family got the call that no parent wants to get, their daughter, Ava (Luci) Krueger was in a serious car accident and would succumb to her injuries a day later at the young age of 16 years old.

Luci leaves behind her parents (Amie & Todd Krueger) & her brother Noah. Luci ran cross country and track for Bullitt Central High School, she was loved by so many and truly was a kind soul who had a huge impact on those that she met. So many have reached out to ask how they can help so we are setting this crowdfunding page up with the approval of the family to raise funds to cover funeral cost, medical expenses, to cover time off of work and any other needs that the family may incur.

I know we are all on borrowed time, but God we weren't ready to give this one up. 16 years just wasn't long enough. Our girl had big dreams and determination. She was going places in life. She was so smart, beautiful, sassy, and funny. She most certainly did her own thing and lived her life to the fullest. I know she was strong in her faith and was greeted in heaven by her Papaw, Nanny, Shelly and Danny, but it still doesn't make it hurt any less here. We all have a hole in our heart.

It was a car wreck that took our girls from us so we know what the Krueger family is going through. Getting the call that someone you love has been in a serious car crash is a moment we all pray never comes, but if/when it does, knowing that you have a community of support behind you truly helps these families in their time of need. The Lesley & Rhyan Prather Foundation is a federally approved non profit organization (EIN: 85-2888525) and all donations are considered tax deductible. LRPFD does not take a percentage of any donation, all proceeds raised goes directly to the family. This is a crowdfunding effort and is to be considered non taxable income to the Krueger family. If your company offers a donation match program, you can submit your donation to your work and those funds will be allocated to the family as well. The foundation will also be making a donation directly to the family and will provide support/resources as needed.
